Fotbal

Fotbal, known as soccer in some regions, refers to a team sport played between two teams of eleven players each, where the objective is to score goals by getting a spherical ball into the opposing team’s net. It is played on a rectangular field, typically grass or artificial turf, with a goal at each end. The sport is governed by a set of rules known as the Laws of the Game, maintained by the International Football Association Board (IFAB). The game is characterized by its emphasis on skill, teamwork, and strategy, with players primarily using their feet to pass, dribble, and shoot the ball, although they can also use other parts of the body except the arms and hands (goalkeepers are an exception). Fotbal is one of the most popular sports globally, with significant professional leagues, international competitions, and a vast fan base.
